The Etch A Sketch is a toy that is relatively flat and rectangular, looking somewhat like a small television. It uses two knobs to draw lineography. One knob moves the stylus horizontally, and the other vertically. Introduced in 1960, the classically simple Etch A Sketch is one of the best-known toys of that generation, and remains popular to this day.
