Ink and pencil
Tiago Hands
Tiago Hands is a part time mathematics student in the UK. In his spare time, he makes mathematics videos related to proofs and he also produces isometric art. His isometric art is usually created using a pencil, pen, a pair of compasses and a ruler. He first became interested in isometric art when he was studying about dimensions and perspectives. During his studies, he came across M.C. Escher's work - then decided to produce some of his own work. Although much of Tiago's work is unoriginal, it compensates by revealing the complex geometric structures that invisibly hide behind the most brilliant pieces of isometric art, such as the famous Penrose staircase. Out of the circles and eyes that emanate from the flower of life - beautiful isometric patterns / solids can emerge. Order can indeed arise out of chaos.
